Aug. 7, 2022 - Austere August - Raw Hoggin' MMOC Ultra Nightmare Mode
Day 7 seems like it might be a turning point with the brush and the razor. Today I noticed how exceptionally soft the brush had gotten and how much I’m enjoying the feel of it against my face. It was also a somewhat routine feeling shave with the GEM that left my smooth, comfy and cut free.
The Brush: Picking up the brush today I noticed that the smell has really faded and the brush feels very soft. Upon lathering I found the scrubbiness to be be comfortable and overall feels good on my face. Splaying is still a bit tough but man handling this brush yields good results and the brush takes it well. I know we’re only 7 days into this thing but the break in process has been very enjoyable. It’s also really made me look forward to the next day.#RawHoggin

The Razor I finally had what felt like a routine shave with the GEM. Today’s shave was pretty effortless and I got great results. I went 2 passes without damaging my face and felt confident throughout the whole shave. #GEMsOfWisdom

The Soap and Aftershave The soap continues to perform like a champ and I’m really appreciating the cooling with the hot and humid weather here in Turkey.
