Day 16 of Austere August! Staggin on!!

FINALLY!!! Today was the first day that I managed to get lather for my 4th pass, and not having to add soap mid shave... I think the fault was that since I like a big lather and I plater everything on the first pass and afterwards nothing is left, today I rationed my lather and had some left for the 4th pass, albeit not the best lather or a lot, but I had some left nonetheless!
Past the half-point since yesterday, the brush has stopped shedding hair and I think is as soft as can be, I basically don't feel it as a pig brush anymore, I have no idea if it'll become even softer, time will tell. But it'll be good to have a broken in boar brush, because I don't plan buying another one, also I'm almost sure that I ain't a boar brush fan, I appreciate the boar brush and it definitely has its own character, but it isn't good enough to make me cheat on my synth brushes and switch fully to boar. One thing though is something that just dawned upon me, how will bowl lathering feel after a whole month of face scrubs😅 because face scrubs is actually nice, a good massage!
If it were anything else than midnight stag, I would've quit already... I can just now appreciate how tough you guys with the unscented challenge are... Maybe a full month of Tres Matres would have been the other scent that could make me keep on trucking!
